Try to imagine living in a fast-moving kaleidoscope, where images, sounds, and thoughts are constantly changing. You feel really bored, yet helpless to keep your mind on what you are suppose to be doing. Unimportant sights and sounds are constantly grabbing your attention, and your mind drives you from one thought or activity to the next without stopping to think about it. For many people this is what it is like to have ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) or ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). In my opinion ADD and ADHD are major disorders that need to be paid attention to not only in the classroom but in the workplace too.
